Contains: Raspberry, Spearmint, Nettle, Alfalfa, Dandelion, Licorice, Motherwort, Lemongrass, Vegetable Glycerin and Filtered Water

Usage: 1-2 teaspoons in 8-10 ounces of boiling water. Let seep at least three minutes depending on your taste preference. Add a bit of honey for an extra treat.
